Short weight loss tip to remember – part 2

Have you considered tracking the food before eating? That is how my good husband loss weight about 2 pounds in a week. But if he is not tracking his food intake, he gains the pounds he has lost the other week. I better remind him again now that he is now in his lunch time. Busy office working people tend to forget tracking food and do not have time to take a short exercise. My husband usually get 15-30 minutes off after his lunch time to walk some part of his campus. In order to have a successful weight loss goal, synchronize the times you have tracked your food intake and exercising at the same time. Have a goal losing 1-2 pounds this week!
